2026 Season
The 2026 season is kicking off on Monday, May 11th and will run through Friday, October 31st. We will publish the session schedule as we get closer to April.
PASS Management
This Year’s Management Team
We are excited to introduce our Managers:
Deb Boyd & Donna King - PASS Membership Managers
Doreen Karoll – Level Manager for Beginners (2.0-2.5)
Joanne Brodfuehrer & Beth Friedlander – Level Managers for Advanced Beginners and Intermediate (2.75-3.5)
Leslie Hoyt & Jeff Darcy – Level Managers for Advanced (3.5+)
In addition, we have an amazing team of Court Managers on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly during your sessions. You will get to know these managers throughout the season and they’ll be there to assist whenever needed.
Reservations
Sessions are posted on PlayTime Scheduler (PTS) two weeks before the start of each month and you will be invited to the entire month's sessions that match your skill level. Be sure to check on April 27 for May’s sessions! Sessions are available only to PASS holders and not open to the general public.
To sign up, simply add your name—there’s no extra fee because you are a PASS holder! Please only sign up for sessions you’re sure to attend. If you can’t make it, we need you to remove your name by 6 PM the day before. Late cancels and no-shows will be monitored closely and more than 2 no-shows may limit your ability to sign up in the future.
To make sure you’re getting all your session invites, please check that yourPlayTime Scheduler account is registered with the email address you received this message from and that your notifications are turned on. Also, join TeamReach to stay connected with fellow PASS holders. You’ll find instructions for both PlayTime Scheduler and TeamReach on the LPC membership page here. here.
We are limiting each player to only one session per day. However, if spots are available on the day of play, feel free to grab them! We may remove players from reservations if needed to ensure fairness.
Cancellations
If the weather is uncooperative—whether due to rain or excessive heat—we will cancel the session, and players may choose to play at their own risk. Cancellations will be posted on both PlayTime Scheduler and TeamReach. Living in New England, we know the weather can change quickly, so last-minute cancellations are possible. However, once a session is canceled, even if the weather improves, it will not be reopened.
Rotation of Play
The Court Manager will decide on the rotation of play based on the number of players. Please respect their instructions to keep everything running smoothly. If there are players waiting, games will be played to nine, winning by one.
Parking
Please read the notes on PTS at the bottom of each session for details on parking.
Waivers
All players signed a waiver as part of the PASS purchase process and for 2.0-2.5 players, as part of enrolling again on the LPC website.
Bag Tags
While not necessary to play, we will hand out LPC Bag tags to new PASS holders at upcoming sessions -- please be sure to ask for one!
Guest Policy
An occasional guest is welcome if there is space available on the day of play and if their skill level matches that of the session. Recurring guests are not permitted. We especially try to accommodate out-of-town visitors or friends trying LPC. Guest attendance is managed by the session manager—please notify the group and manager in advance if you’d like to bring a guest.
