Experience Clinic and Open Play
This popular workshop for experience players for each month are posted on the LPC website two weeks in advance on the previous month. To secure a spot, purchase the workshop(s) for the dates you like to attend. We will subsequently post the workshop on playtimescheduler.com with all the paid attendee’s names as guests on the event.
Workshop Waiting List
If you want to get onto the wait list for a workshop, add your name to the workshop session on playtimescheduler.com once they are viewable. Note that sometimes they will be showing as Invite Only as we are setting them up. The only way to purchase the workshop is on our website, not on playtimescheduler.com.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
For prepaid workshops, there will be no refund except for extraordinary circumstances. The participant is encouraged to find a substitute to take the spot. It is important for the workshop to have the exact number of participants for everyone to be able to practice and learn together in a structured way. The participant and the substitute can work out any monetary exchange privately if necessary.
If no direct substitute is available, LPC will offer the spot to people who are on the PTS waiting list by contacting them on playtimescheduler. They need to respond and purchase the workshop session on our website to confirm the spot.
If on the day of the workshop, and there is still an open spot, LPC will contact players who are willing to take the spot last minute.
