Cancelations and No Shows

1. At Grace Chapel, we create our sign-in sheets at 6pm the evening before each session, so you will be charged either 1 bundled session or a $15 fee (for those without bundles) if you don’t cancel before 6pm.

2. If you're on the waitlist for a Grace Chapel session and make the playlist by 10pm the night before, we expect you to show up. If not, you'll be charged as a no-show. Please remove your name from the waitlist if you can no longer play.

3. A player may only be on one LPC player list per day, whether it be indoors or outdoors

   1. Exception: A player may join a second list if space is available after 6pm the day before the session.

4. A player may be on both an LPC player list and an LPC waitlist for the same day with the following considerations:

   1. If the player moves off the waitlist and onto a player list, they must remove their name from one of the player lists. (see 3 above)

   2. Exception: A player may join a second list if space is available after 6pm the day before the session.

If we see duplicate daily sign-ups, we reserve the right to remove players from either of their sessions. Clearly, we would all like to avoid having LPC make that choice on a player’s behalf—for example, deciding between Grace vs. Adam’s or a higher- vs. lower-level group.

Payment

We strongly encourage all players to pay for their sessions in advance using our LPC store page. This will speed up the check in process at the door.
