LPC Outdoor PASS 2024 - Sold Out

The LPC Outdoor Pass program allows Pass holders to play at any of our weekly sessions, with people of similar level - in our managed open play format. NOTE: We have sold out all the PASS for now. Please get onto our waiting list. We may add more soon.

What Happens when it rains?

If it is raining or the court is wet, we will cancel the session in two ways: Posting a quick note on TeamReach, and we will cancel the session on playtimescheduler. We do not recommend playing when the court surface is not dry or slippery due to water or other condition.

What is the LPC PASS

  • A pass that enables you to sign-up for open play at our weekly session

  • These sessions are managed by level - you will be playing within a skill level, e.g. 2.0-3.0, 3.25-3.5, 3.0-3.5, 3.75+, so that you will be challenged and have fun

  • Each session is opened to a limited number of players to make sure each player has enough play time

The PASS sessions cover:

  • May 1 - Oct. 31, 2024.

  • The Spring sessions are from May 1st to June 30th.

  • 3 weekday morning, two 1.5 hour sessions each week (M,W,F)

  • Weekly Saturdays and Sundays, two 1.5 hour sessions each day

  • Evening sessions will be added once the time for sunset is later (~June).

How to Sign up for PASS Session

For PASS holders:

  • sign up for each day/time on PlayTimeScheduler. You can only sign up for sessions that match your play level you set on playtimescheduler (PTS).

  • you are encouraged to put yourself down on the waiting list if the session looks full

  • if you signed up for a session and cannot make it, you must remove yourself from the wait list the day before, before 10am so that people on the waiting list gets to play

What about the Lexington Recreation Pickleball Membership?

The LPC PASS program is not the same as the Pickleball Membership offered by the Lexington Recreation department:

  • the LexRec Pickleball membership allows you to reserve Pickleball (and tennis) courts for private use, maximum one hour a day, if they are available

  • the LexRec membership is great for getting a court for you to play with your own group of friends and family

  • The LPC PASS is designed more for the open play format, where you sign up, show up, and join a larger group of players of similar skill levels in rotating play

  • some of us gets both the PASS and the LexRec membership because there are never enough ways to play Pickleball !
